Questions importers ask
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and packing. A 20 ft container is the usual full-load size, and sample and trial lots can be discussed. Send your requirement and the quote will state the quantity.
Which payment terms do you offer?
Standard export terms: an advance with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Final terms are written on the proforma invoice.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample in the quote form. Sample cost and courier charges are agreed before dispatch.
Can you source products you do not list?
Yes, through Sourced for You. Every request goes through five checks first, and if it fails one we tell you why.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the phytosanitary or quality certificates your market requires.
